We are committed to understanding your needs and making sure your travel experience is perfect. To ensure this, we will schedule a complimentary call with you and one of our experienced Travel Designers so that all the details can be discussed.
Outline
You've decided your destination and dates, now let's start planning an amazing trip that is tailored to you. We'll review the best hotel options and figure out the optimal pacing and flow of your trip. This includes deciding how many nights to stay in each place, which regions to visit in what order, which flights and transfers are necessary, as well as discussing all the things you can do while there. In the end, we will create an initial itinerary for you that outlines the overall shape of your trip and provides a rough estimate of its cost so you can start looking forward to this memorable journey!
Initial Proposal
You'll receive an initial proposal that clearly outlines where you're going and where you'll be sleeping each night. Feel free to make any changes or request something entirely new; we want to ensure your itinerary is 100% satisfactory!
Design
Your journey is now locked in! We have all the tedious booking of flights, accommodation and transfers taken care of. Now, let us get to work on customizing your trip with privately guided experiences and thoughtful details to make it a one-of-a-kind journey.
Deposit & Final payment
Upon reserving your trip, we'll collect a confirmation deposit from you and then send you a comprehensive final itinerary. Full payment must be made within the timeframe of 60 - 15 days in advance of the start of your journey.
